INVESTING MENTALITY
One of the lessons learned from one of my financial mentors – Dr. Emmanuel-Sunny Ojeagbase, couple with my discoveries from the research of the rich and the wealthy is; they don’t work for money.
Are you surprised? Oh! Maybe you are asking how possible.
Well, it is absolutely possible. The poor and some middle-class work for money while the rich and the wealthy have money work for them.
How can that happen? The simple answer is the INVESTING MENTALITY. Gbam! 🙂 Yes! It’s a simple mindset that everyone must imbibe to build sustainable wealth in life.
The fact is that your character, your thinking, and your beliefs are a critical part of what determines the level of your success.
Maybe I should further help you in defining INVESTMENT.
Good. Let me share some definitions with you from the Advanced English Dictionary:
Investment is the act of investing; laying out money or capital in an enterprise with the expectation of profit. Investment is money that is invested with an expectation of profit. Ultimately, investment is the commitment of something other than money (time, energy, or effort) to a project with the expectation of some worthwhile result.
Do you know that at a point, Donald Trump was worth billions? But he lost everything, and then a couple of years later, before he became the US president, he got it all back again and more. How? INVESTING MENTALITY! Therefore, I want to encourage you to start investing in your future now if you have not started and don’t forget that the future starts now!
